Easter Bunny Cakes
These cute bunny cakes are so easy to make, and the fluffy, creamy coconut frosting is SO delicious (it reminds me of the Pepperidge Farm coconut cakes that you find in the freezer section at the grocery store). I can never decide if I like the regular or the toasted coconut better, so I usually just make one of each!
You can find this recipe (with step by step instructions) here: Easter Bunny Cakes.

Those bunnies are too cute! I already love coconut cake, so I may just have to try to make one of these for Easter. I’d totally go with the toasted coconut :-)
These just made me smile! I love toasted coconut. (And love PF frozen cakes, too)

We don’t celebrate Easter either, but this is a darling addition to the kid’s table at a family potluck. My grand daughter keeps pet bunnies so I know she’d love one of these.
