Ice-Cream Snowman Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:
Crust Ingredients:
15 oz. Oreo cookies (20 cookies)
1/4 cup butter, melted
Ice-Cream Layer:
1/2 gallon vanilla ice-cream (softened)
1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
Chocolate Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
1 t. vanilla extract.
Topping:
Whipped Cream
Oreo Cookies
Ice-Cream Sugar Cone
M&M’s (red and green)
Licorice
Directions:
1. Crush oreo cookies. Add melted butter and spead at the bottom of a deep circular dish.
2. Spead ice-cream over oreo crust. Press peanuts into ice-cream and freeze.
3. To make chocolate sauce mix together butter, milk, sugar and chocolate chips over low heat until chips are melted.
4. Turn up the heat and bring to a boil. Boil for approximately 5 minutes stirring constantly.
5. Add vanilla and allow to cool (but don’t allow to harden).
6. Pour the chocolate sauce over the ice-cream and freeze.
7. Top with whipped cream and form a snowman face with additional ingredients.
