Saint Nick Miter Appetizer Recipe
This is an easy appetizer to represent St. Nick’s miter (the headdress worn by a bishop). While living overseas, I was invited by my Dutch friend to a St. Nicholas party, so this is what I brought.
Ingredients:
Salami and pepperoni
Mozzerella (and/or Provolone) cheese
Directions:
1. Arrange the salami and pepperoni in the shape of a miter.
2. Arrange cheese around the miter and cut some in the shape of a cross to place atop the meat.
