Pumpkin Pie Crunch Recipe

Ingredients
1 15-ounce can pumpkin
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup butter, melted
Ice cream and/or whipped topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease bottom of 13×9″ pan.
2. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt in a large bowl. Pour into greased pan.
3. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture and top with chopped pecans.
4. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
5. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden. Serve warm with ice cream and/or whipped topping.
