Sliced Red Potatoes Recipe
These yummy sliced potatoes are a great side dish all year around, but their red skin helps them fit nicely with a Valentine’s Day menu. I like that this recipe incorporates the Valentine’s day colors of red and white. You can visit our Valentine’s Day Symbols page to learn more about the symbolism and meaning of red and white for Valentine’s Day.
