Pumpkin Bars Recipe

Cake Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup oils
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 16-ounce can pumpkins
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Frosting Ingredients:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
FOR THE CAKE: Beat eggs, oil, and sugar. Mix in pumpkin, then flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased jelly roll baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
FOR THE FROSTING: Beat cream cheese and sugar together until creamy. Add vanilla and beat until smooth.
Top cake with frosting when cool, and cut into bars.
