Easy Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:
5 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened conensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice*
1 t. lime peel
green food coloring
1 9″ prepared graham cracker crust**
1 container whipped topping
shamrock cookie for garnish
*Regular lime juice works as well.

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime peel and green food coloring (about 5 drops) with electric mixer until well blended.
3. Pour into graham cracker crust, and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Allow to cool, then top with whipped topping. Garnish with a shamrock cookie.
