Strawberry Salad Recipe

I first tried this recipe at a friend’s house. All the ladies present were begging for the recipe, and the gal who made it kept teasing that the recipe for the dressing was “super secret.” We all tried to guess the ingredients (to no avail) and laughed when we found out it was just maple syrup! I like how this recipe incorporates the Valentine’s day colors of red and white. Ingredients:

Spinach
Strawberries, sliced
Feta Cheese, crumbled
Pecans*
Maple Syrup

*For an extra sweet taste, try Emerald Glazed Pecans.

Directions:

Toss together salad ingredients and drizzle with maple syrup.
